Are you an experienced Industrial Electrical Technician with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for intricate electrical systems? We are on the lookout for a dedicated professional to join our dynamic engineering team. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned electrical technician with a firm understanding of programming and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Electrical Troubleshooting, and AC/DC systems. Responsibilities:
As an Industrial Electrical Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the functionality and efficiency of our industrial electrical systems. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Programming, operating, and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
2. Performing electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
3. Working with AC/DC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
4. Conducting regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal operation and compliance with safety standards.
5. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime.
6. Collaborating with the engineering team to design and install new electrical systems.
7. Documenting all work and repairs for future reference and reporting purposes.
8. Staying up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Technician or a similar role in the engineering industry.
2. Proven experience in programming and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
3. Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and working with AC/DC systems.
4. A solid understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
9. Valid electrician license or certification.
