The client is looking for an industrial engineer with knowledge of manufacturing operations to help streamline the material handling process and station layout. They don't need a deliverable of anything incredibly formal or final. This is for a proposal to the local Economic Development Committee so that the client can obtain the rights to purchase the new piece of land.
