Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Industrial Engineer with a strong background in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of production systems, with a specific focus on improving productivity, efficiency, and operational costs. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of IPC-A-610 and Solder Inspection. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of delivering results. Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.
2. Design and implement production layouts, assembly lines, and machine operations to optimize productivity and operational efficiency.
3. Conduct research to find out the most effective practices for manufacturing and suggest improvements to current operations.
4. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
5. Use IPC-A-610 standards for Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies.
6. Perform Solder Inspection to ensure quality and reliability of products.
7. Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods, and controls.
8. Coordinate manufacturing launch for new or revised products.
