Established industrial contractor is seeking an full time, permanent Industrial Estimator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for preparing and coordinating full estimates for large and complex projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness while working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate has strong experience in piping estimation, construction cost analysis, and a deep understanding of industrial and mechanical piping systems.

Job Details

Review and evaluate RFQs, RFPs, and bid documents to develop competitive estimates.
Identify missing information and inconsistencies in contract documents and develop RFIs.
Perform material and labor take-offs -
Obtain and verify pricing from subcontractors and vendors to ensure cost accuracy.
Prepare cost analysis reports, summarizing material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and other direct costs.
Ensure estimates are completed on time and align with project requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to streamline project handoff.

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of industrial piping estimation experience, preferably in construction or subcontracting.
Strong understanding of mechanical and industrial piping systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and bid documents.
Proficiency in advanced estimating software
Solid knowledge of cost estimating techniques, labor take-offs, and material pricing.
