Industrial Maintenance & HVAC Technician

Our client is a well-known, reputable manufacturer of dietary supplements and OTC drugs. They have a full service R&D facility to assist customers in transforming their formulas to full-scale production.

They are hiring a FULL-TIME Industrial Maintenance & HVAC Technician to join their team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm or 8:30am-4:30pm (overtime available)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain 50+ A/C units
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Repair and replace defective parts in industrial machinery and equipment.
• Install and calibrate new equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety and compliance regulations at all times.
• Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• HVAC experience and EPA license is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, controls, and PLCs.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree is a plus.
