Job Details
The Maintenance Manager will provide leadership, management, and technical support for all maintenance activities associated with the manufacturing plant. He/she will work to continuously improve and coordinate plan preventive/predictive maintenance program.
Responsibilities include the management of an annual capital plan, the administration of a repair and maintenance system and budget, ensuring environmental compliance, and the training and development of management and non-management personnel within the maintenance department. Responsibilities are on a 24/7 basis.

Required Qualifications:
- Possess a degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in industrial maintenance management
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance leadership and training experience.
- Strong sense of commitment and urgency.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Have strong project management skills.
- Have ability and willingness to influence and engage with all levels of the organization.
