Job Details
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be tasked with:
1. Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
2. Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
3. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to understand equipment layouts and troubleshoot issues.
4. Performing welding tasks as needed for equipment repair and maintenance.
5. Utilizing hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment to perform repair and maintenance tasks.
6. Maintaining records of all maintenance, repair, and service activities.
7. Assisting in the installation of new machinery and equipment.
8. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
9. Participating in quality control initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
10. Ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of conveyor systems and other specialized industrial equipment.
11. Responding promptly and effectively to emergency breakdowns and production issues.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proven experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems maintenance and repair.
3. Proficiency in welding and the use of hand and power tools.
4. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
