Requirements:
- Lead in safety and ensure all policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards are upheld
- Identify and make available spare parts
- Grow the Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program
- Serve as a technical expert for Maintenance Technicians and Operations
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime
Requirements:
- minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including scheduled and unscheduled overtime, rotating shifts, and off shifts
- Ability to develop LOTO procedures, train the team on our LOTO policy, and practice proper communication skills with all departments
- Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of LOTOTO and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to read and understand mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic drawings
