Industrial Maintenance Technician

Based in the Buffalo, NY area we are a reputable and fast growing food and beverage manufacturer looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians who can work in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of all existing equipment including
• Running conduit and wiring up of production equipment to ensure plant is operating at maximum efficiency
• Troubleshooting PLCs
• Work cross functionally in various areas within the manufacturing plant that may include but are not limited to packaging, processing, palletizing, and other areas as assigned
• Assist with installation of new equipment and upgrading existing equipment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills including experience working with PLCs, robotics, and other automated production equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints to follow work orders
• Prior experience working in food and beverage manufacturing environment or with packaging equipment is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work as part of a team
