Responsibilities:
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Performing routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
2. Troubleshooting and repairing issues related to electrical systems, PLCs, 480v 3 phase systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
3. Collaborating with the engineering team to identify and implement improvements to machinery and processes.
4. Adhering to safety procedures and company policies at all times.
5. Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
6. Diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing, and making adjustments.
7. Complying with OSHA safety and health rules.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
2. Proficient knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, 480v 3 phase, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
3. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on industrial equipment.
4. A strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in the construction industry.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy machinery and work on feet for extended periods.
