Job Details

The Influencer Manager will play a key role in growing and nurturing our athlete and influencer partnerships. This person will be responsible for developing and executing influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, increase sales, and build long-term relationships with our influencer network. You'll analyze promotional performance, manage product launches, and generate insights from weekly and monthly reports on athlete revenue, campaign effectiveness, and product feedback.

You will also collaborate closely with our team to create strategic campaigns that resonate with both our audience and influencers, ensuring consistent messaging and ROI across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Program Management:
Lead and manage our athlete and influencer programs, ensuring strong relationships with key influencers and athletes. Develop strategies to recruit new influencers and athletes, maintain relationships, and drive content that aligns with our brand values.

Campaign Development & Execution:
Work with Upfluence and other platforms to develop influencer campaigns that increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales. Design testing protocols to refine campaign effectiveness and determine best-performing content.

Promotional & Product Launch Analysis:
Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze the success of promotional activities, product launches, and influencer partnerships. Track the performance and impact of campaigns, ensuring KPIs are met.

Data Reporting & Insights:
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on athlete and influencer revenue, tracking performance metrics, ROI, and trends. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Content Strategy & Development:
Work closely with the creative team to ensure content produced by influencers meets the brand’s standards and resonates with the target audience. Guide influencers on content direction, from product use to messaging.

Market Research:
Monitor competitor influencer programs and industry trends to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement. Stay informed about emerging influencers and trends within the health and wellness space.

Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Development) to ensure influencer campaigns align with broader company goals. Communicate clearly with influencers and athletes to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Qualifications:
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the health, wellness, fitness, or nutritional supplement industry. Previous experience managing influencer or athlete partnerships is highly preferred.

Platform Expertise:
Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ, Grin) and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Analytical Skills:

Strong data analysis skills with the ability to track key metrics, generate reports, and make actionable recommendations to improve influencer campaigns.
Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers, athletes, and internal teams.
Creativity:

A passion for the health and wellness space with the ability to think creatively and develop new ideas for influencer partnerships, campaigns, and content.
Project Management:

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for Health & Wellness:

A genuine interest in the health and wellness industry, with an understanding of the key trends, influencers, and products in the space.
