Job Details
We are looking for reliable, growth-oriented individuals to join our team and build their career with us! Responsibilities for this role will include:
- Cleaning molds to ensure production of quality parts.
- Performing routine maintenance on molding machines and auxiliary equipment as needed (will be trained to perform adjustments or repairs).
- Notifying shift supervisor of situations to be adjusted or repaired.
- Assisting in color changes to ensure a smooth transition between colors and cut down on downtime.
- Mold set ups.
- Assisting production team in the solution of efficiency and quality problems.
