We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Inpatient RN to join our dynamic team in the Medical industry. As a Permanent Inpatient RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients in one of the following units: ED, Med Surg, ICU, OR, PreOp, and PCU. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in ED, Med Surg, ICU, OR, PreOp, or PCU
• Monitor and evaluate patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions as needed
• Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical surgical, ICU, critical care, emergency department, emergency room, operating room, or progressive care
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required dependent on specialty
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
