This will be an on-site position Monday through Friday.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, and mentor inside sales and support team members to drive performance and continuous improvement
  • Analyze sales performance, customer data, and market trends to identify growth and account penetration opportunities
  • Develop and implement prospecting, pipeline, territory, and account management strategies
  • Serve as the key escalation point for customer concerns and oversee all customer-facing activities including order entry, tracking, and account resolution
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting metrics
  • Streamline workflows, remove administrative obstacles, and improve processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service to align on business priorities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong coaching, analytical, and customer relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Experience in tools, equipment, or industrial product categories preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
