Qualifications – Needed
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales-related role (preferably outside sales)
- Background in chemical manufacturing is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and data reporting
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across departments and manage internal/external communications
- Strong customer service orientation with detail-focused approach
- Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to Mesa, AZ facility
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the internal liaison between sales, logistics, and production to fulfill customer requirements
- Assist with sales presentations and customer interactions post-training
- Develop sales goals per customer and identify market opportunities
- Manage RFQs, specification reviews, and customer requests using CRF process
- Maintain and prepare customer inventory, delivery, and forecast reports
- Back up Sales Administrative Assistant and support logistics with inventory/shipping coordination
- Interface with customer web portals and extract competitive/market intelligence
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare internal and external reports and presentations
- Maintain awareness of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
