Who You Are
As a seasoned Inside Sales Representative (ISR) you will play a fundamental role in the research and analyzing assigned market territory. Implement strategies and assist with sales campaigns that cultivate sales leads and prospects. Responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, lead management, and outbound sales activities and provide comprehensive support to the sales team, ensuring seamless sales operations and exceptional customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in sciences or sales focused.
One to three years of proven professional inside sales experience; some prior experience providing customer-facing technical support is a plus.
Familiarity with negotiation, upselling, and other sales tactics preferred but not required.
Committed to sales development, achievement, and driving career forward rapidly.
Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to utilize technology for virtual meetings and videos.
Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing, collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities And Expectations
Participate in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling and emailing, to identify business prospects and create a list of potential customers (e.g., SCILEADS, HubSpot, and LinkedIn).
Utilize designated resources to contact customers and gauge their interest in obtaining products or services offered, analyze each individual and make product and, or service recommendations based on a need or problem to be solved (e.g., Service Contracts, mVROC, and microVISC).
Maintain a log of which customers have been contacted, the outcome of each interaction, and issues that need to be flagged for further development and closure by the designated territory sales representative.
May assist with closing sales and achieving sales and service quota (e.g., monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Understand and perform effective online demos of the product or service to existing or potential customers.
Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback, guarantee their satisfaction and develop ideas for pitch modification to market products and services more successfully (e.g., Service Support, RMA, and Customer Success).
Partner with other departments to identify improvements to product and service offerings, sales education, marketing strategies, and other business-related topics.
Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management, and productivity, and maintain a workspace that is clean, organized, and professional (e.g.,5S = Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain)
Perform related or similar duties as required or assigned.
