Job Details
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience (technical and/or sales)
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong sales aptitude
Must be flexible, organized and self-motivating
Must demonstrate attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Required Technical Skills/Knowledge of:
Proficient in Wrightsoft
Understand Duct Design
Able to determine proper load calculations
Ability to troubleshoot customer problems
Heat Pumps and Air Conditioners
Forced hot air systems (propane, natural gas, fuel oil)
Hydronics
Geothermal systems
Mini-splits
Duct Systems and components
Thermostats and controls
Electrical circuits and schematics
Gas Piping
Refrigerants
Building codes
Blueprints
