Job Details

What You’ll Do:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the voice of our company—supporting customers by phone, email, and online inquiries. Your day-to-day will include:

Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with product information, quotes, order status, and technical guidance
Providing exceptional customer service with a positive, solutions‑oriented approach
Preparing and following up on sales quotes, pricing, and order entry
Working closely with production, engineering, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Supporting contractors, distributors, architects, and project managers with product specifications
Maintaining CRM records, tracking customer interactions, and nurturing repeat business
Assisting walk‑in customers (if applicable) and supporting team sales initiatives
Problem‑solving customer needs with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail


What We’re Looking For:

Strong inside sales experience, ideally in:

Construction
Building materials
Manufacturing
Metal fabrication
Or similar industrial/technical environments

Ability to read basic measurements and perform simple math for quotes & material calculations
Excellent customer service and communication skills—phone, email, and written
Solid computer skills (CRM, ERP, email, spreadsheets)
Have a keen eye for detail with strong problem-solving abilities
Professional, courteous, and dependable attitude

Bonus Experience:

Familiarity with architectural metals or commercial products
Previous work supporting contractors, project managers, or spec-driven sales
Understanding of order processing, quoting, or technical product support
