Job Details

  • Well versed in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems. Able to read machine drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Great communications skills both oral and written are a must.
  • Call Center / Customer Service experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
Job Description
  • Provide technical support for our machines to customers via phone, e-mail, text, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Provide limited training and guidance to customers via phone, e-mail, text, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Enter customer parts orders, verifying orders for accuracy, completeness, etc.
  • Make recommendations on spare parts for existing machines.
  • Assist with recommended spare parts lists, active selling of spare parts.
  • Some travel required
Note: Successful candidates in this position have the potential to move into a Field Technician role.
