Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and measure incoming materials to verify compliance with specifications
- Operate precision inspection tools (CMM, OMM) for PCBs, PCBAs, and mechanical components
- Document defects and support corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Build, disassemble, and troubleshoot electronic subassemblies
- Perform functional tests using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and related equipment
- Provide feedback and collaborate with supply chain/manufacturing teams
- Assist in developing inspection methodologies and process improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years in production/manufacturing; clean room experience (Class 10,000 or similar)
- Proficiency with MS Office and enterprise tools (Slack, Teams)
- Hands-on experience with OMM/CMM, AOI, microscopes, metrology tools, and PCBA rework
- Strong understanding of electronics, SMT processes, and mechanical assembly
- Familiar with IPC standards; PCB/PCBA inspection certification preferred
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment
