Position Summary:
We are currently hiring two Installation/Service Supervisors to support system installations and provide technical service for our customers in the Food and Chemical industries. These positions will play a key role in overseeing the implementation and ongoing support of our high-performance systems for bulk materials handling.
You will serve as the go-to expert during system commissioning, troubleshoot equipment and conveying issues, and deliver hands-on training for maintenance and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the on-site installation and commissioning of industrial process systems
Lead service and repair efforts for mechanical and conveying equipment in both Food and Chemical plants
Provide technical support to customer maintenance teams and third-party contractors
Train plant operators and maintenance staff on system operation and preventative maintenance practices
Ensure compliance with safety standards, project timelines, and technical specifications
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal engineering/project teams during and after installation
Document service visits, maintenance logs, and training records
Support continuous improvement efforts and process optimization in the field
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in field installation, industrial service, or maintenance supervision
Background in bulk material handling systems, conveying technology, or similar mechanical systems preferred
Proven leadership in managing on-site crews, contractors, and customer personnel
Solid mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and installation schematics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable traveling as needed to customer sites (domestic and occasional international)
