Job Details:

We are seeking a motivated, skilled, and dedicated Permanent Installer to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sheet metal, assemblies, and installation, and be proficient in the use of hand and power tools. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Installer, your key duties and responsibilities will include:

1. Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and written instructions to assemble and install structures and fixtures.
2. Using hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit sheet metal according to specifications.
3. Installing assemblies, including windows, doors, and siding, in residential and commercial buildings.
4. Performing quality checks on installed assemblies to ensure they are level, secure, and meet project specifications.
5. Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
6. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
7. Performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good working condition.
8. Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the installation process.
9. Providing excellent customer service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the completed work.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 1 years of experience as an Installer in the construction industry or a similar role.
2. Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
3. Experience working with sheet metal and assemblies.
4. Excellent understanding of construction procedures, methods, and safety codes.
5. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and written instructions.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot installation issues.
7. Excellent physical condition and endurance to perform strenuous tasks and work in various weather conditions.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
9. A commitment to delivering high-quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction.
10. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
