Job Details

Primary Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain plant equipment to ensure operations and production run smoothly and prevent downtime.
  • Develop and execute strategies to ensure timely completion of work assignments in line with project schedules.
  • Ensure work readiness for scheduled tasks and collaborate with the Operations Department and other teams to adjust work schedules as required.
  • Oversee the development and progress of team members’ qualifications and training.
  • Act as the point of contact for training coordination, collaborating with training partners to ensure compliance with both short-term and long-term training requirements.

Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and support team members while requiring minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience using Primavera P6 and Syntempo.
  • Must have an understanding of basic maintenance on manufacturing/plant equipment.
