A bit about us:

Established, Reputable Law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team! The ideal candidate for this role will have 2 (+) years of Civil Litigation and 1 (+) years of experience with coverage of first-party/third-party insurance coverage experience! The ideal candidate for this role will have licensure in both NC & SC, however, candidates who can obtain both within their first year of employment will be considered also! This role is 50/50 insurance coverage and insurance defense.

Billable Hours are 1875 (Flexible Firm, if you want to just bill 1875, they have no issues with that..if you want to make more money..bonuses start at 1900)...Ex: Bill 2100 hours and you'll be paid $36,000 more a year.

Job Details

Requirements:
  • 2 (+) years of experience with Litigation
  • 1-2 years of experience in 1st/3rd party insurance coverage
  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • This position will ultimately require both NC & SC licensure, if you don't have them both currently, having the ability to obtain both within 1 year of employment is a requirement!
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases in a team-oriented environment
