Job Details

  • Join a dynamic global insurance coverage and litigation team
  • Handle insurance coverage matters involving first- and third-party claims, bad faith, and risk management
  • Litigate coverage and commercial disputes in state and federal courts
  • Draft and analyze insurance policies and complex coverage opinions
  • Manage litigation files through all stages, including court appearances, depositions, and discovery
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple jurisdictions and practice areas
  • Provide high-level strategic advice to insurer clients

Looking For:

  • J.D. and licensed to practice in New York; additional state admissions a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, with a focus on insurance coverage and litigation
  • Experience in bad faith claims, declaratory judgement actions, and policy analysis
  • Strong background in first- and third-party insurance matters and complex policy interpretation
  • Proven ability to manage complex case files and deliver legal opinions
