Job Details

As a Litigation Associate in our First Party Insurance/Property Damage group, you will:
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to represent clients in complex insurance coverage disputes.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and craft strategic arguments in high-stakes cases.
  • Draft legal documents and motions, attend depositions, argue motions, and manage client communications.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings, with opportunities to first and second-seat trials.
  • Drive settlement negotiations and effectively manage multiple cases, ensuring top-notch client service.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in insurance coverage and/or general liability litigation.
  • Construction or adjacent property damage experience is a plus.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom skills, with demonstrated ability in depositions and motion arguments.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the New York or New Jersey state bar (PA admission a plus).
