Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage and litigate complex civil matters with a focus on policyholder-side insurance coverage disputes
  • Draft pleadings, briefs, discovery, and client communications
  • Analyze and litigate claims involving CGL, D&O, E&O, BI, and Umbrella policies
  • Work on matters involving public entities, corporations, and high-net-worth clients
  • Navigate and litigate across multiple California and Federal courts
  • Conduct legal research and formulate case strategy
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team on a broad range of litigation and appellate matters

Qualifications
  • J.D. and licensed to practice in California
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, with a focus on policyholder-side insurance coverage litigation
  • Experience with CGL, D&O, E&O, Umbrella, and BI policies
  • Proven ability to manage full litigation cycles in state and federal courts
  • Familiarity with multiple court systems and coverage litigation strategies
