Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Defense Associate with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong interest in general liability, construction defect disputes, habitability and tenantability issues, subrogation, and other related insurance defense matters.
Responsibilities:
Handle a variety of insurance defense cases, including general liability, construction defect claims, habitability, tenantability, and subrogation matters.
Manage all phases of litigation from pre-trial preparation through trial.
Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
Collaborate with senior attorneys for guidance and to develop case strategies.
Provide exceptional client service, offering timely and clear communication.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in insurance defense or related areas.
Strong knowledge of insurance defense principles and litigation procedures.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively.
Team-oriented with a commitment to providing superior client service.
