A bit about us:
We are seeking a 2+ year attorney with recent trial experience and skills to join our dynamic legal team. There will be career growth opportunity with the Partnership track working with Senior partners on complex litigation matters from inception through trial. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Criminal Law and Law. Insurance Defense and Criminal Defense Litigation preferred, but litigation experience is a must. This role requires excellent legal drafting skills, conducting thorough research, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to litigate cases and contribute to meaningful legal outcomes.
This position is in SEATTLE, WA. We are currently working remote, but there may be a day you are required to come into the office and you must be close enough to go to the respective courts.

Job Details
REQUIRED SKILLS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- License to Practice in WA
- 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Ideal candidates with have criminal defense litigation experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent clients in court proceedings and during legal negotiations.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and litigation plans.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting practice areas.
