Job Details
Our client is searching for insurance defense candidates to join their growing team. Civil litigation experience is required, insurance defense experience is preferred.
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in civil litigation preferred, with special interest in government liability, medical malpractice and transportation and construction law
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to provide sound legal advice to clients
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
JD degree from an accredited law school required
Licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma required
Qualifications
