We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Litigation Associate with a focus on General Liability to join our growing team. Our firm specializes in trucking and transportation defense, premises liability, and product liability, offering a dynamic and challenging environment for legal professionals passionate about these practice areas.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Litigation Associate with a focus on General Liability to join our growing team. Our firm specializes in trucking and transportation defense, premises liability, and product liability, offering a dynamic and challenging environment for legal professionals passionate about these practice areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in civil litigation matters, particularly in trucking and transportation defense, premises liability, and product liability cases.
- Conduct all aspects of case management, including legal research, discovery, drafting motions, taking depositions, and preparing cases for trial.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop and implement case strategies tailored to client needs.
- Effectively communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel throughout the litigation process.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations as required.
Qualifications:
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation with a focus on general liability.
- Strong experience in trucking/transportation defense, premises liability, and/or product liability litigation.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
