Job Details

You'll carry a generalist civil defense docket defending insurers, corporations, municipalities, and individuals across New Jersey.

  • Defend matters from inception through resolution
  • Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings; support and second-chair trials
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Work alongside National Coordinating and Regional Trial counsel teams on complex multi-party litigation

Looking For:

  • New Jersey Bar Admission (PA a plus)
  • Litigation defense background
  • Associate through senior associate levels welcomed
