Job Details
As a Permanent Medical Malpractice Attorney, you will be responsible for representing medical professionals and healthcare organizations in complex medical malpractice cases. Your duties will include:
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Preparing and presenting cases in court, including trials and appeals
- Negotiating settlements and plea agreements
- Advising clients on legal matters related to medical malpractice
- Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide high-quality legal services to clients
- Managing a caseload and meeting deadlines
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- 2+ years of experience in medical malpractice defense
- Strong knowledge of medical malpractice law and related regulations
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
