We are seeking a motivated, experienced Permanent Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and representation on a broad range of insurance coverage issues. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Insurance Coverage Attorney, you will be expected to handle a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

1. Analyzing insurance policies and advising clients on coverage issues.
2. Representing clients in insurance coverage disputes, including negotiation, litigation, and appeals.
3. Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and appeals.
4. Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date on developments in insurance law.
5. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the best representation for our clients.
6. Providing legal advice to clients in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
7. Maintaining strict confidentiality and exercising discretion in all client interactions.
8. Complying with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Insurance Coverage Attorney position should have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and good standing.
3. Experience in insurance coverage law, including litigation and appeals.
4. Familiarity with Appellate proceedings.
5. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
8. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
9. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
