Job Details
Qualifications:
1. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state of Florida bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, and general liability.
4. Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents, manage multiple cases, and oversee legal assistants.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, judges, and other legal professionals.
6. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving favorable settlements for clients.
7. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
