Job Description:
A well-established litigation firm with a strong reputation for defending insurers and self-insured clients is seeking a Remote Insurance Defense Attorney licensed in Arizona. This firm handles complex civil matters, including general liability, construction defect, personal injury, and professional liability claims. The position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to join a dynamic, experienced team committed to delivering high-quality legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload of civil litigation matters
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
Conduct remote depositions, mediations, and court appearances
Collaborate with clients and insurance carriers to develop effective defense strategies
Provide timely case updates and ensure compliance with reporting guidelines
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor and active license to practice law in Arizona
3+ years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in insurance defense
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
Comfortable with remote work and case management systems
Ability to handle cases independently with minimal supervision
