Our esteemed law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our firm's litigation team, focusing on insurance defense, product liability, construction defects, or construction litigation. The Insurance Defense Attorney will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

1. Manage a comprehensive caseload of defense files, from inception through trial or settlement.
2. Defend insurance companies in matters related to insurance coverage, product liability, construction defects, and construction litigation.
3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of complex legal issues related to insurance defense.
4. Draft, review and negotiate legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
5. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
6. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable resolutions for our clients.
7. Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing regular updates on case progress and legal advice.
8. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service.vices.

Job Details

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Insurance Defense Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense, with a focus on product liability, insurance coverage, construction defects, or construction litigation matters.
4. Proven track record of successfully defending cases and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
7. Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
9. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
