Our well-established law firm is looking to expand our team with a seasoned Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney, you will:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to our clients who are primarily in the insurance industry.
2. Handle a caseload involving insurance defense litigation, ensuring all cases are managed effectively and efficiently.
3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues and precedents related to insurance defense.
4. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments in their defense.
5. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to strategize and prepare for trials.
6. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
7. Develop strong relationships with clients, offering them exceptional service and maintaining their confidence.
8. Stay updated with changes in insurance law and inform clients about the potential impact on their cases.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have:

1. A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defense.
3. An active license to practice law in the state.
4. Proven experience in handling insurance defense cases and representing clients in court.
5. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, opposing counsels, and court personnel.
7. A high level of professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
8. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
9. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
10. A strong commitment to client service and a passion for achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.
