Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to our clients who are primarily in the insurance industry.
- Handle a caseload involving insurance defense litigation.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues and precedents related to insurance defense.
- Represent clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments in their defense.
- Stay updated with changes in insurance law and inform clients about the potential impact on their cases.
Qualifications
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- 3+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defense.
- Admitted to practice in the State of New York.
- Proven experience in handling insurance defense cases and representing clients in court.
