Our reputable law firm is actively seeking a seasoned Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney with a proven track record in civil litigation. This exceptional opportunity offers the chance to work with a dynamic team of professionals in the legal industry, handling a diverse caseload and representing clients in a wide range of insurance defense matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, interacting with clients, and working collaboratively within our team to provide top-tier legal services.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an associate attorney, preferably in insurance defense.
4. Extensive experience in civil litigation, including pre-trial preparation, trial experience, and settlement negotiation.
5. Proficient in legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and legal professionals.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
8. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
