We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Permanent Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of insurance defense cases, providing legal counsel to our clients, and representing them in court. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in insurance defense litigation, a keen understanding of deposition procedures, and a track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Responsibilities

As an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

1. Representing clients in a wide range of insurance defense cases, including personal injury, property damage, and professional liability claims.
2. Conducting thorough legal research to support defense strategies.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
4. Conducting depositions to gather evidence and information relevant to cases.
5. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the effective management of cases.
6. Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies.
7. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and arguing cases effectively.
8. Staying updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations and their impact on clients.
9. Working diligently to meet case deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
3. Admission to the Tennessee state bar.
4. Extensive experience in conducting depositions.
5. Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations.
6. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
9. Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
10. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
