Job Details
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of litigation experience with a concentration in insurance defense.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in MD required (DC or VA a plus)
- Experience with complex general liability, professional liability, construction litigation, property damage claims, the defense of personal injury claims, and transportation is a plus.
