Due to growth, we are looking to add both Mid and Senior Level Insurance Defense Litigation Attorneys to our Philadelphia and Cherry Hill offices.

Our practice areas include:
General liability, professional liability, labor and employment, casualty and premises liability, construction defect and site injury, motor vehicle liability, products liability, healthcare and medical malpractice defense, catastrophic injury and excess loss, public entity defense, and workers’ compensation.

Job Details

  • Join a dynamic team of attorneys in a regional litigation practice
  • Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to trial
  • Attend depositions, hearings, court appearances, and settlement conferences
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and case evaluations
  • Prepare clients and manage communications throughout the litigation process
  • Negotiate settlements and litigate through trial when necessary

Looking For:

  • J.D. and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or New Jersey
  • 2+ years of litigation experience
  • Strong background in insurance defense litigation, including one or more of the practice areas listed above
  • Proven ability to manage cases from inception to trial
