Our esteemed law firm is seeking an experienced Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for representing clients in a broad spectrum of insurance defense matters. These include product liability, premises liability, auto liability, and various other insurance-related cases. 1. Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense cases, including product liability, premises liability, and auto liability.
2. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
4. Provide legal advice to clients and communicate effectively with all parties involved in the case.
5. Attend court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions.
6. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and professional responsibility.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are protected.
8. Keep abreast of current legislation and judicial decisions relevant to insurance defense.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in insurance defense, with a focus on product liability, premises liability, and auto liability.
4. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in insurance defense cases.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
7. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
8. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and team members.
10. Proficient in using legal research software and other relevant computer applications.
11. Commitment to staying updated on current legislation and judicial decisions relevant to insurance defense.
