Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Insurance Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for:
1. Handling a broad range of insurance coverage issues, including complex insurance disputes.
2. Representing and advising clients in business disputes and commercial litigation matters.
3. Conducting comprehensive legal research to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
4. Developing and implementing effective defense strategies to protect clients' interests.
5. Analyzing legal issues, conducting factual analysis, and providing strategic advice.
6. Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and depositions.
7. Representing clients in court, presenting arguments, and defending clients' interests.
8. Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
9. Keeping up-to-date with changes in insurance law and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Wisconsin Bar or eligibility for Reciprocity Admission in Wisconsin.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lawyer, Coverage Attorney, or Insurance Coverage Attorney.
4. Proven experience in Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage, and Insurance Law.
5. Demonstrated expertise in handling complex insurance coverage issues.
6. Solid experience in business disputes, business litigation, and commercial litigation.
7. Proficiency in litigation, legal research, and defense strategies.
8. Expertise in analyzing legal issues, conducting factual analysis, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and depositions.
9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
11. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
12. High level of professional ethics and integrity.
