Job Details

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Insurance Litigation
  • Barred in NY, in Good Standing
  • Strong Writing, Communications and Research
  • Discovery experience, LexisNexis, West Law experience
  • Experience advising on Corporate Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Formations, Compliance

Duties:
  • Conduct depositions.
  • Develop litigation strategies.
  • Draft litigation papers.
  • Manage cases independently.
  • Perform investigations.
  • Prepare cases for trial.
  • Report to insurance carriers and other clients.
  • Summarize medical document review.
