This role is critical in ensuring top-notch customer service and maintaining HIPPA compliance in handling medical records.
Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
1. Serving as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive client experience.
2. Coordinating and scheduling consultations and follow-up appointments.
3. Managing and maintaining accurate medical records in a HIPPA compliant manner.
4. Assisting in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
5. Ensuring all operations are conducted in accordance with regulatory compliance standards.
6. Collaborating with the consulting team to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
7. Identifying and resolving any potential issues or bottlenecks in the client intake process.
8. Continually seeking ways to improve client service and overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Consulting Intake Coordinator position, the following qualifications are required:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or consulting setting.
2. Proven experience in managing medical records and maintaining HIPPA compliance.
3. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance standards.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
5. Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
7. A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues in a timely manner.
8. A commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
