Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, web inquiries, and prospective client consultations
  • Conduct detailed intake interviews and case evaluations
  • Gather and review vehicle, warranty, and repair history information
  • Determine case eligibility based on firm guidelines
  • Educate potential clients regarding the firm's services and process
  • Follow up with prospective clients and outstanding retainers

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of legal intake experience required
  • Prior Lemon Law intake experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a high-volume call environment
  • Strong sales, communication, and client service skills
