What You'll Do:
What We're Looking For

- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding new legal matters
- Gather, document, and organize case information
- Evaluate and qualify potential cases based on established criteria
- Maintain detailed notes and records within the firm's case management system
- Coordinate with attorneys and support staff regarding new matters
- Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all leads and inquiries are handled with urgency and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in a law firm, legal intake, customer service, medical office, or call center environment preferred
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and compassionate during sensitive conversations
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM or case management software is a plus
