Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to close process, including managing close calendars, progression and acting as point person for close-related inquiries
  • Prepare and review entries for corporate transactions, intercompany settlement and eliminations, transfer pricing, reconciliations and flux analysis
  • Participate in maintenance activities including chart of accounts, entity reporting, user access, consolidation mappings and other controls
  • Manage multiple subsidiaries and compile data from multiple accounting systems
  • Work interdepartmentally with FP&A, treasury, tax as well as external auditors
  • Support variance analysis at the consolidated level and by lines of business
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, FASB, SEC standards

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related area of study
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Mix of public/private experience
  • Proven ability to work with multiple EPM and financial reporting systems
  • Prior experience with consolidations of different business units, companies, and international entities
  • Experience with financial reporting requirements under GAAP and SEC regulations
  • Prior experience working with foreign currency issues, month end close, eliminations and consolidations, SOX controls and external audits
