Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Contribute to close process, including managing close calendars, progression and acting as point person for close-related inquiries
- Prepare and review entries for corporate transactions, intercompany settlement and eliminations, transfer pricing, reconciliations and flux analysis
- Participate in maintenance activities including chart of accounts, entity reporting, user access, consolidation mappings and other controls
- Manage multiple subsidiaries and compile data from multiple accounting systems
- Work interdepartmentally with FP&A, treasury, tax as well as external auditors
- Support variance analysis at the consolidated level and by lines of business
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, FASB, SEC standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related area of study
- CPA certification preferred
- Mix of public/private experience
- Proven ability to work with multiple EPM and financial reporting systems
- Prior experience with consolidations of different business units, companies, and international entities
- Experience with financial reporting requirements under GAAP and SEC regulations
- Prior experience working with foreign currency issues, month end close, eliminations and consolidations, SOX controls and external audits
