A bit about us:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic individual with 5+ years of managerial accounting and financial management experience in a rapidly growing start-up environment. You will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, improving financial processes, and implementing financial strategies. Your deep knowledge and understanding of SOPs, Change Management, Leadership will be vital to your success in this role.
The Interim CFO will receive full benefits, sick time, as well as 401K even during the consulting period. This is a critical role, as there were retirements in the C-suite and the team is looking to bring someone on to keep things moving along while they decide the best long term direction for the executive team.

Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and reports.
- Drive the company's financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring the allocation of resources aligns with strategic goals.
- Lead the development and implementation of SOPs and change management initiatives to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, and enforcing adherence to requirements.
- Provide leadership, direction, and management to the finance and accounting team.
- Manage and oversee the company's financial systems, ensuring they are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. C.P.A. or M.B.A. preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role within the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of SOPs, Change Management, Leadership, and Construction.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to a non-financial audience.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven negotiation skills in a complex business environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail.
